This page describes how information submitted through the Kyaru Corp website enquiry form is handled. Contact us at marketing@kyarucorp.com with questions or requests relating to your details.

What you send us

When you submit an enquiry, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, service interests and project description. Please do not include recordings, passwords, financial details, patient information or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry information to review your request, reply to you and discuss potential services. We do not use the enquiry form itself to upload or process audio recordings.

Service providers

Our website may be hosted by Vercel. When the email form is configured, a third-party transactional email provider (Resend) transmits your submission to our business inbox. Hosting and email providers may handle information in other countries under their own arrangements.

Audio transcription engagements

Recording and transcription arrangements are discussed separately, including consent, authorised access, data storage, retention and deletion requirements relevant to your use case. This website does not record conversations or transcribe audio.

Retention and enquiries

We retain enquiry messages for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and related business correspondence, subject to applicable obligations. You can email marketing@kyarucorp.com to ask about your information or request correction or deletion.
